*** Two Sisters, Two mothers, and a bunch of children! ***
These two “Latino” sisters are so funny and good to work with.... Yes, we have it posted age before beauty and they are both beautiful and radiant!

First up, is Michelle who handle the entire shoot so professional and prepared!
MICHELLE

Here is the young one, Melody. I have known and watched Melody as she has grown up to be a mother of two. She is more urban and edgy for a Latino! Yes, she is Puerto Rican and gorgeous!

*** Totally Serious, LOL! ***

Just joking... Here she is, Dionne! Demanding, in charge, and totally wants to play in every park she walks by. I really enjoyed capturing her. She is serious, bold, and loves to smile and laugh all day! Don’t mess with her...or else!

Dionne just came from a birthday event and her mother allowed me to capture some poses of her. Dionne is going to be 3 years old soon. She has totally control of working in front of a camera. See, this is what its all about. Finding kids that are willing to pose for come candy or a quarter! LOL, Ha! Yes, I had to pay her! hahah

Here we decided to go into a park and take some pictures. I am using my favorite and the favorite, Canon Rebel XT, 580EX II flash, and the 75-300mm f/3.5 lens.

Yes, she can smile if you offer her candy!

*** Wigs, Makeup, and just thinking pink! ***
Jeneva

Okay! This one is on me.... Here is my niece, Jeneva, who loves to wear wigs, makeup, and construction boots (welll, she didn’t have it on yet)! We wanted to try something different and since I had the Canon 75-300mm f/3.5 lens, we went for it! I am still using the Canon Rebel XT and I believe the camera was set on AV aperture. I did not have time to setup the Lastolite or any other strobe. I placed the 580EX II on camera and the 430EX on the background.

*** Here is Madison ***
She is so adorable and camera ready! I could take pictures of little Madison all day; everyday! Haha! She will smile for the camera or strike an innocent pose (all on her own). I tried to take a least 6 pictures of each client... Well, with Madison, I cheated! I only need a couple of images and I knew her parents would be happy.

How did we do this, I am so glad you asked!
WeePink4315

I didn’t have any other colored background to use but a HOT PINK salvage paper I bought from B&H. This
photo shoot was all about Wee-Wee aka, Jacqueline Lang who wanted to start taking pictures for her portfolio. She love pink and since that’s all I had, why not give it a chance. I mean, I’ve seen many rappers (adults) using hot pink, neon yellow, and spicy red-orange as their main background, why not little Wee-Wee.... LOL!

Here at Picture Me 2, we try our very best to give instructions and help the clients to pose. As for our props, the pink background was placed on two stands, we used the Canon 430 EX flash on camera, AlienBees 800 strobe on the left of the camera. and a large 42” reflector opposite the of the flash. Next week, we are going to try something a little different. We are going to use an 580EX II flash off camera to evenly light up the background.

Most of the poses and outfit selections were totally Jacqueline’s idea. What a brave and encouraging child! She really made me wonder if she did this before! LOL!

Kudos to you Jacqueline!
